On Sunday 2-15-26 I visited some wonderful properties for sale in Wellen Park. First stop was at Everly, at 17530 Glistening Dr. and a large stunning property itwas. Just completed in 2025 this property has 12 foot ceilings, a beautiful pool with plenty of space, 4/4 bed/baths, and a 3 car garage. Definitely worth visiting if you are looking for a large design.
Next I was off to Wellen Park Golf and CC. I visited 12557 Galapagos Ct there where I viewed this resale property. Built in 2023 it is in like new condition with a 4/3 design that offers plenty of space with an open concept living and kitchen area. Another nice pool home with a modern kitchen feel, I enjoyed the beautiful color palette throughout. I also inquired about the furnishings which could be included as part of the purchase for a move in ready property. This home is one of the few with golf memberships included, as the opportunities for members are being purchased from a limited amount.
From the golf club I pushed on to the new Palmera community. At 18456 Foxtail Loop, this new home has views of the preserves and pond in the rear lanai area. Clean lines and the laminate flooring make this home very easy to live in. This property is also a 4/3 design with all the modern features you would expect. Large and luxurious is how I would comment on this home.
On the other side of Palmera construction is starting on other style properties at different price ranges. Neal homes is offering 3/2 homes that are starting in the 500's for a lower price point. David Weekly and MI homes have many different style's to choose from as well. The Clubhouse is coming along nicely and the dog park is just wrapping up. Amenities are completing as new owners are starting to arrive.
My last stop was quite a surprise. I visited a new project closer to State Route 41 called Oakbend. This development is just getting going and I stopped in to look at a model with ICI homes. Their products are custom built so the client gets more choices to pick from once a lot is identified. I enjoyed looking at the fine craftsmanship as we looked at all the options available in this community. There homes are really outstanding and it appears they are all unique when finished.
Lastly we stopped over to the Art Fair in the Wellen Park downtown area. There was a band playing and a large amount of vendors offering art, jewlery, and sculptures in the booths set up on the streets. It was a very nice walk and the music was playing to make for an enjoyable afternoon. There are photos attached.
